How can I make an appointment?

Do I need a referral?

To see one of our doctors, you need a referral from a GP or another specialist.

and it provides essential medical information to the psychiatrist.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

If you have information from a previous psychiatrist, psychologist or other relevant health professional, bring that along. If your list of medications is too long to easily provide verbally, it would be useful to bring a list with you.
